The Jupiter Theme Interface – cPanel

Learn about the Jupiter Theme Interface. It is now the default look and feel for all new and existing accounts. Here is a quick walkthrough of the Jupiter Theme.

Step-by-step tutorial – The Jupiter Theme Interface – cPanel

  1. Tools Page

    Login to cPanel.
    Tutorial: login from the Client Area or from the direct link.

  2. Rearrange Tools page

    cPanel’s applications are grouped into categories.
    You can click the up / down arrow next to the category name and close / collapse the category panel.

  3. Rearrange Tools page

    You can click and drag the category groups to arrange them in any order.

  4. The Main Menu

    The Main Menu is always present, and you can click on the Tools link to get back to the cPanel Home/Tools page at any time.
    To return to your default cPanel home page at any time, click the cPanel logo.
    A link to WordPress Toolkit is provided if you have it installed for your hosting account.

  5. Navigation bar
    The navigation bar provides the search bar, the currently-active account information, and controls that allow you to change settings and log out of your account.

  6. The Search Bar

    Use the Search text box to quickly find the cPanel applications that you need.

  7. Notifications

    If your Notifications icon has a blue dot on the bell (), you have a message, warning, and/or error on your cPanel account. Click the Notifications icon to display them. Server owners can also customize this interface to broadcast important information to their customers.

  8. cPanel Account

    Click the cPanel Account icon () to manage your account preferences, change your password, change language, update your contact information, or log out.To reset the cPanel interface, click your username and then click Reset Page Settings in the user menu.

  9. General information

    The General Information section displays the following information about your cPanel account:
    Current User
    The name of the current cPanel account. 
    Primary Domain
    The current account’s primary domain name. 
    Shared IP Address 
    Home Directory
    The absolute path to the account’s /home directory on the server.
    Last Login IP Address
    The IP address of the user that most recently logged in to the account.
    Theme
    The current cPanel theme. If your account includes more than one theme, you can use the menu to search for and switch between cPanel themes.

  10. General information

    Click this link to navigate to cPanel’s Server Information interface, which displays additional information about the account and its server.

  11. Statistics

    Here you’ll find various statistics relating to your account’s resource usage, such as disk, database, and domain usage.
