Change Email Password – Client Area

Learn how to Change Email Password in the Client Area. You can type in or auto-generate a new password.

  1. Log in to Client Area.

    You can log in to Your Client Area by going to this link.
    Once you have logged into your Client Area click the Services green button.
    In the My Products & Services table, find your hosting service and click the Manage button.
    Scroll down the page until the Manage Account title, then choose the Email Accounts button.

  2. Change Password Icon

    Find the Email Account you wish to change the password and click the first Lock icon Change Password.

  3. New Password

    Type in or auto-generate a new password.
    Password must have at least 8 characters, must contain at least three character categories among the following:
    Uppercase characters (A-Z),
    Lowercase characters (a-z),
    Digits (0-9),
    Special characters (~!@#$%^&*_-+=`|(){}[]:;”‘<>,.?/)

    Click Save.
