Tutorial – Restore Point
- Login to Extilum Client Area
You can log in to Your Client Area by going to this link.
Tutorial: Login to Client Area.
Once you have logged into your Client Area click the Services green button. - My Products & Services
In the My Products & Services table, find your hosting service and click the Manage button.
- Backups
Scroll down the page until the Manage Account title, then choose the Backups button.
You can also find the Backups link in the right menu in alphabetical order. - Backups
Restore Point
In the Restore Point table, choose the date of the backup You want to restore and click the Restore icon. - Restore Window
Choose from the list what is it You want to restore:
– Subdomains
– Mail Configuration
– MySQL
Click the Restore button.
Tutorial – Generate Full Backup
- Click the Full Backups tab.
Click the Generate Full Backup button.

2. Generate Full Backup Window
Backup Destination
Home Directory
— Select this setting to save the backup file on the server.
Remote FTP Server
— Select this setting to use FTP to store the backup file on a remote server.
Remote FTP Server (passive mode transfer)
— Select this setting to use passive FTP to store the backup file on a remote server.
Secure Copy (SCP)
— Select this setting to use secure copy protocol (SCP) to store the backup file on a remote server.
Email Address
– Type your email address to receive a notification when the backup finishes.
Click the Generate button.

3. You will get this message. Backup takes time to finish.

Tutorial – Generate Partilal Backup
- Click the Partial Backups tab.
If You want to download the Home Directory Backup, click the Download button.

2. If You want to download MySQL Databases backup, Click the MySQL Databases tab.
From the database table, choose the database you want to download and click the Download icon.

3. If You want to download Email Forwarders backup, Click the Email Forwarders tab.
From the databases table, choose the database you want to download the Forwarders and click the Download icon.
