Create forwarding – Client Area

Learn how to Create Forwarding using the Client Area. You can forward the message to another email address, system account or discard the message and send an error to the sender.

Step-by-step tutorial – Create Email forwarding – Client Area

  1. Login to Client Area

    You can log in to Your Client Area by going to this link.
    Once you have logged into your Client Area click the Services green button.

  2. My Products Services

    In the My Products Services table, find your hosting service and click the Manage button.

  3. Email Forwarders

    Scroll down the page until the Manage Account title, then choose the Email Forwarders button.
    You can also find the Email Forwarders link in the right menu in alphabetical order.

  4. Manage Product

    Click the button + Create Forwarder

  5. Create Forwarder new window

    Email
    In the first text box type the email username that you want to forward.
    In the domain list box – select the domain for the email address.
    Options
    Forward to Email Address
    — To forward the email to another address, type the email address in the Forward to Email Address text box.
    Discard and send an error to the sender (at SMTP time)
    — To discard the email and send an error to the sender, click Discard and send an error to the sender (at SMTP time).
    Forward the email to a system account
    — Click Forward to a system account, and then type the system account name in the text box.
    Pipe to a Program
    — Click Pipe to a Program, and then type the command in the text box.

  6. Click the Create button.

Tutorial – Create Domain forwarding – Client Area

Email domain forwarding in cPanel allows you to redirect all emails sent to one domain to another domain name. This option is useful if you have registered multiple domain TLDs for your business and want to forward any email sent from @example.com to @example.co.uk.

Go to Manage Product – Email Forwarders panel.

Click on the TAB Email Domain Forwarder and then click on Create Domain Forwarder.

Domain to Forward

Click the drop-down list and select the domain you wish to forward the email from.

Enter the domain you wish to forward the email to in the field.

Click Create.
