Delegate a Calendar to Another User – cPanel 

Learn how to Delegate a Mail Calendar Access to Another User using cPanel.

The Calendar Delegation interface allows you to delegate access rights for a user’s calendar to other users. It is useful for people needing to manage other people’s calendars or manage resources such as conference rooms.

Note:

You can only assign calendar rights when your cPanel account has two or more email accounts. If your account has only one email address, the interface will display the No Additional Email Account Exists message.

Step-by-step tutorial – Delegate a Calendar to Another User – cPanel 

  1. Log in to cPanel.

    Tutorial: login from the Client Area or the direct link.

    Find the Email section and click the Calendar Delegation.

  2. Calendar Delegation

    In the Select Calendar Owner menu, select the user whose calendar you wish to delegate.
    In the Select Delegate menu, select the user to whom you wish to grant access.

  3. Calendar Delegation

    Select the Allow Editing checkbox to allow the user to edit the calendar. Otherwise, the user will have read-only access to the calendar.
    Click the Create button

  4. Wait for the success message.
    The delegation will appear in the Calendar Delegates table.
