Manage Email Account – cPanel

Learn how to Manage an Email Account using cPanel. You can change email account storage quotas, e-mail passwords, restrictions, or delete account. All Extilum Web Hosting plans offer you unlimited Email Accounts.

Step-by-step tutorial – Manage Email Account cPanel

Time needed: 2 minutes.

  1. Login to your cPanel

    For the Tutorial, log in to cPanel: Click here.

    cPanel Email section: Click on Email Accounts.

  2. Manage your Email Account


    Click on the Manage button under the selected Email Account.

  3. Manage Security and Email Password


    Change Password in Security section by typing or Generating New Password.

  4. Change Storage Space and Restrictions for your Email Account


    Change Storage Space in Storage section by changing MB number or choosing Unlimited space.

    Change Restrictions in the Restrictions section by selecting Allow, Suspend or Hold options.

  5. Change Plus Addressing option


    Change Plus Addressing option by choosing to Automatically Create folders or not.

    At the end, click on the Update Email Settings button.

  6. Delete Email Account


    After clicking on Manage your Email account, scroll to the end of new window and click on Delete Email Account.
