Edit User in User Manager – cPanel

Learn How to Edit User in User Manager – cPanel. The User Manager interface allows you to manage your Subaccounts. Subaccounts use the same login and password information for email, FTP, and Web Disk services. You can change an existing user account by selecting the Edit button next to the account in the User Manager page listing.

  1. Login to cPanel

    Tutorial: login from the Client Area or from the direct link.

    Find the Preferences section and click the User Manager link.

  2. Edit Account

    Click the Edit button next to the account in the User Manager page listing.
    The Edit Account page allows you to alter the same details populated when the account was first created (for more details check this tutorial).

  3. Click the Save button.
