  1. Login to Client Area.

    Click this link to login.
    Click the Domains button.

  2. My Domains

    Click the link under Domain Column for the domain you want to change.

  3. Contact Information

    Click the Contact Information button in the Manage Panel on the right.
    Change Registrant Contact Information.
    Registrant – The primary contact. The Owner is listed as the official registrant for the domain and receives all domain emails.
    Use an email address that’s not associated with the domain you’re registering or transferring.
    It is very important to keep your contact information up-to-date at all times so that you receive important notifications about your domain name from your registrar.

  4. Change Registrant Contact Information.

  5. Change Admin Contact Information.

    Admin – The secondary contact. The Admin won’t have ownership of the domain but will receive most domain emails.

  6. Change Tech Contact Information.

    Tech – A backup contact. The Tech contacts only receives critical domain emails.

  7. Click Save Changes button.
