  1. MySQL Databases

    Login to cPanel.
    Tutorial: login from the Client Area or the direct link.

    Find the Databases section and click the MySQL Databases link.

  2. Ad User To Database

    Scroll down to Ad User To Database section.

    – Choose User from Drop-down options.

    Choose Database from Drop-down options.

  4. Click the Add button.

  5. Manage User Privileges

    Select the privileges you want to grant the user or click ALL PRIVILEGES to give the user all permissions to the database.
