  1. Login to Extilum Client Area

    Click this link to login.

    Select the Open ticket button in the menu on the left.

  2. Open ticket

    Choose how You want to contact:
    General Enquiries
    or
    Technical Support
    If not sure, You can click any of the selected, and we will assess the nature of your inquiry.

  3. Open ticket

    Your Name and Email Address are filled in automatically.
    Subject
    – Type the appropriate subject related to your query
    Department
    if you have not chosen the appropriate department for your query, you can also choose the appropriate department from here:
    – General Enquiries
    – Technical Support

  4. Open ticket

    Related Services
    From the Related Service Drop-down box, choose a service for which you are raising a support ticket.
    If none applies to your inquiry, select option None.
    Priority
    Choose the level of emergency for your inquiry.
    – High
    – Medium
    – Low

  5. Open ticket

    Message
    Type your actual query in detail.
    Attachments
    If you want to send us files or images related to your issue, you can attach them here (Allowed File Extensions: .jpg, .gif, .bmp, .jpeg, .png,).
    The maximum file size limit of your attachment should be 2 MB.
    When you are ready, click on Submit button.
